Brexit WTF!
Rehearsed readings from a divided nation
A series of monologues about the single most significant event in UK politics since WW2.
The scripts, written by some of the UK’s most well-known playwrights, including James Graham, Stacey Gregg and Charlene James, explore the temperature of the country and reveal individual stories in a divided Britain.
Followed by an after-show discussion with the actors about the readings and all things Brexit.
Directed by Charissa Martinkauppi and Gary Whitaker.
When: 25/10 at 19.00, doors open 18.30. Strictly no latecomers.
Tickets: Free, no pre-booking. Limited seats.
Kulturnatta is an event from the City of Gothenburg in collaboration with independent cultural organisations in Gothenburg.
The texts include “Your Ma’s a Hard Brexit” by Stacey Gregg, “Go Home” by Charlene James and “Burn” by James Graham, all co-commissioned by the Guardian and Headlong Theatre for the project Brexit Shorts: Dramas from a divided nation.
