Jelena Boric is an architectural engineer from the Netherlands and Serbia that specializes in scenic design, technique and technology. She’s a master academic student at the Faculty of Technical Sciences (University of Novi Sad) where she is majoring in scene architecture and technique. She works both in the architecture and art & design field. Her primary interest is the visual language of architecture and its relation to theatre and design.

In 2020. she graduated in Scene Architecture, Technique and Design at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad where she has successfully defended her bachelor thesis titled Identity adaptation of the Cultural Centre in Lukicevo. During her studies, she was a member of the Faculty of Technical Sciences technical team from 2016 to 2017, where she and her team applied various ways and techniques of stage lighting in the space of the Borislav Gvojic laboratory. In 2019. she took part in stage designing for the New Year’s program of Fondacija 2021 in Novi Sad. She has volunteered at workshops, festivals, projects and exhibited her work at: Impuls Festival (Novi Sad, Serbia), Rethink The Night! (Kea, Greece), Oktobarh (Novi Sad, Serbia), Desire Central Station - Lifkoptikum (Subotica, Serbia), City of Sand (Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia).
