WHO ARE WE?

GEST - Gothenburg English Studio Theatre is an award-winning English language theatre in Gothenburg, Sweden and is the only professional English language theatre in western Sweden. GEST works with professional actors and directors from Britain and Sweden and aims to produce theatre of the highest standard, which is accessible to everyone. We also offer acting classes and workshops in English for both adults and children.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

Each workshop is tailored to your requirements. We can come to your workplace or have the workshop here at GEST in Gothenburg. We can also tailor shorter and longer workshops according to your needs. 

The venue needs to provide enough space for all participants to move around freely.

Maximun 30 participants per session.

WHY DRAMA WORKSHOPS?

Drama and improvisation exercises help and encourage us to step out of our comfort zones and allows individuals to express themselves without judgment. They also increase the emotional and communicative bond between members of the team, which leads to them being placed on an equal footing and can therefore seek and provide support and empathy with their colleagues. This creates an open and compact team free of barriers.
