GOTHENBURG ENGLISH STUDIO THEATRE
VENUE HIRE
We have three accessible spaces available for hire. Our bright foyer faces Karl Johansgatan in the heart of Majorna, a great location for your event! Our smaller and larger stages are suitable for stage performances, poetry readings, music performances or other events for groups from 40 up to 120 people. THE THEATRE
Our larger stage is a fully accessible black box with two wheelchair seats and an accessible toilet in the foyer. The foyer is included when renting the space. The entrance at Karl Johansgatan is easily seen from the tram stop Chapmans Torg.
The stage is 10x5 metres with 90 seats in a customisable seating system. Our generously sized foyer includes a a small kitchen section with a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, a cloakroom and three toilets in total. Access to dressing rooms is also included according to availability.

THE STUDIO
Our smaller stage has its own entrance on Chapmans Torg, and is an accessible black box with two wheelchair places and an accessible toilet in the foyer. The studio has covered panoramic windows that, if needed, can be uncovered to let in light.
The stage measures max. 7x5 metres with a height of 3-4 metres and has 60 seats in a customisable seating plan. Our smaller foyer includes a bar, with access to a kitchen.
Prices to hire the studio theatre start at 3.600 SEK.
THE GALLERY
Our recently built foyer can fit 120 people (standing) and is perfect for smaller performances, concerts, poetry readings or company events. Designed to also function as a gallery space, this room has large, panoramic windows onto Karl Johansgatan.
The Gallery is accessible with an accessible toilet, a small kitchen section with a coffee maker, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher, and also includes a bar. The walls and windows can be easily covered with black backdrops.
Prices to hire the Gallery for a full day start from 4.500 SEK.
